Hotel Accademia, Rome

The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, making it a perfect spot for exploring the city. The rooms were very clean but on the colder side during the night and not suitable for accommodating three persons comfortably. The service offered by the staff was fantastic, especially the friendly and helpful front desk team, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The dining experience provided rich and satisfying options, perfect for starting the day with a good breakfast. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a stone's throw away from Fontana Di Trevi, making it easy to explore all the major attractions by foot. The rooms, although a bit small, were spotless and were even ready before the official check-in time, which was a huge help for my elderly parents. However, some areas like the skirting boards and power plugs needed a thorough cleaning, and the carpet was quite dirty with uncollected rubbish.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance from every main area and in the very center. Though the rooms were cozy, the loud music from the bar downstairs made it hard to sleep on the solid bed. The service, while prompt, seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Dining offered a rich selection of fresh items, including important gluten-free options. The hotel's prime location near Trevi Fountain was a major plus.

The club rooms were a little small but adequate. They appeared old, damaged, had a bad smell, and looked different from the photos. I had to ask for extra pillows, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, the service was fantastic, very friendly, and helpful with any request. The location was amazing, within walking distance of major attractions in central Rome. The dining experience was satisfying, with delicious cream pastries and a variety of hot drinks. Overall, despite some room issues, the hotel excelled in service and location, making it a worthwhile stay.
